Lumeso automates time-consuming administrative processes such as order entry and resource management through the use of software and artificial intelligence. This gives glass companies more time for the essentials: their customers. In order to communicate this added value effectively, Responsive Spaces supported Lumeso in presenting the complex interrelationships and unique benefits of their specially developed solution clearly and comprehensibly at a trade fair stand. The challenge was to present a previously unknown brand in a limited space at a trade fair in such a way that the core message was conveyed in a concise and catchy way without unnecessarily complicating the initial contact.
To this end, an interactive installation was developed that playfully introduces visitors to the world of Lumeso and allows them to experience the benefits of the solution. The centerpiece is a portrait-format display on which an endless digital ball track unfolds. Balls roll through the parkour, overcoming various obstacles that symbolize the challenges in the industry's non-optimized administrative processes. These obstacles are explicitly marked as such. Below the display is a console specially designed by Responsive Spaces for the trade fair, which serves as a control unit for the installation. As soon as the visitor inserts the »Lumeso-Card« - also a high-quality business card - into the card slot, they activate the »Lumeso-Effect« on the ball track. This causes the original obstacles to be replaced by new »Lumeso elements« that create an optimized, more efficient route for the balls - as a metaphor for the automated process optimization of Lumeso.
The installation not only serves as the first point of contact with the brand, but also as an introduction to in-depth discussions between visitors and stand personnel.
